Oliver and Co made the whole process of selling a house after a bereavement very straight forward. I was kept informed of progress at every step and communication was clear and easy to understand. I especially liked the progress curve which showed me exactly where we were in the process and what was outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for other legal matters.

The Oliver & Co portal is very handy and it was nice to receive milestone updates as they happened. Overall, the process was very streamlined and even though Christmas and New Year happened during, it still felt like everything happened very speedily and without any hurdles. From start to finish, Oliver & Co were excellent. The phone app worked brilliantly and I was able to conduct most of the required items whilst travelling abroad on business to prevent any hold ups.
