How can we help?

If you are a victim of domestic violence your first step should be to report it to the police.

We can offer emergency appointments. We can also, depending on the circumstances, write to the other party immediately to request that they do not harass or approach you.

If you need to apply to the court for protection, we can assist you. We can help you make an application for a Non-Molestation Order or an Occupation Order. A Non-Molestation Order can also be made in favor of any children of the family.
