Commercial Property Solicitor 2+ PQE

Location: Chester

Department: Commercial Property

Salary: DOE

Due to the expansion of our Commercial Property team, we have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time experienced Solicitor to join our busy and growing team. This role will involve managing a diverse range of commercial property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, development projects, land and agricultural issues, refinancing, and investment transactions.

Conveyancing Assistant

Location: Chester

Department: Conveyancing

Salary: £19,000 to £24,000 DOE

Due to the growth of our Conveyancing team, we have a fantastic opportunity for a full time legal assistant to join our friendly team. This role will provide a high level of support to our Solicitors and other team members in the provision of an efficient, personal and professional service at all times, ensuring that business objectives are achieved.

Wills & Probate Legal Assistant

Location: Chester

Department: Wills & Probate

Salary: £19,000 to £24,000 DOE

We have a fantastic opportunity for a legal assistant to join our fantastic Wills and Probate law team. We’re looking for someone with a keen interest in Wills and Probate, who is keen to be involved in actively marketing the department. This is a full-time office-based position in the centre of Chester working Monday to Friday 8:45 am to 5:15 pm.
