I joined Oliver & Co in 2018, a few weeks after my final A-Level exam in High School and have worked here since! I began working in Reception and First Response and then joined the Clinical Negligence Department as a Paralegal Apprentice and qualified as a Paralegal in 2021.
In my role I assist solicitors by setting up and submitting a claim, drafting various documents and monitoring the progress of a claim once submitted to ensure a claim progresses as smoothly as possible. I often speak with clients and help with any questions they may have. Making a claim can seem like a daunting process for some and I pride myself in easing the process for clients whenever and wherever I can.
In my spare time I enjoy reading anything and everything from romance to recipes! I also love travelling and seek out the sunshine whenever I can.
