Conveyancing Administrator
I joined Oliver & Co in 2017 as an Administrator in the Conveyancing Department.
Once a transaction has completed, I deal with the registration formalities at the Land Registry and other administrative requirements, dealing with purchases, remortgages, transfers of part, new leases and finalisation of legal charges. I also deal with stamp duty and land transaction tax returns. I enjoy my job and I’m proud of the good service that our team at Oliver & Co provides our clients.
