About me

I joined Oliver & Co Solicitors in 2005 as a secretary in the Personal Injury and Industrial Disease teams before being promoted to Paralegal in 2008. It is my job to assist our team of solicitors in tracing insurers and the companies our clients worked for. Time is of the essence in asbestos disease cases and so it is not unusual for me to visit clients in their own homes in order to take statements and obtain further information to assist our team in achieving the best possible outcome in any case. In addition to working on the legal side of claims, I regularly assist clients with applications for any benefits they may be eligible for.

Charity is at the heart of Oliver & Co Solicitors and as a member of our Corporate Responsibility Team I help to organise charity events throughout the year, ranging from cake bakes to music gigs. We also try to find ways to make the company more environmentally friendly.

Outside of work I enjoy cross-stitch, sewing, watching rugby union and walking my dogs, Frank and Colby.
