Felicity Parry

I joined Oliver & Co in June 2021 after completing my law degree at the University of Leeds and spending some time working in a dementia home in Manchester.

Through working with the residents and their families in the dementia home, it became increasingly apparent to me the great significance of legal documents which allow you to put plans and provisions in place for times when things become less easy to control; namely Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Advance Directives. As such, I decided to seek out a legal role within the area of Wills and Probate. Since joining Oliver & Co, I have been able to continue my passion for working with people, developing close and trusting client relationships and contributing to our high level of compassionate customer service.

My roles within the team include drafting simple and more complicated Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Declarations of Trust and assisting in estate administration, conveyancing and Court of Protection matters.
