Eve Halliday

I completed my Law degree at the University of Birmingham in 2020. I furthered my studies by completing the Legal Practice Course and Master’s in Law and Professional Legal Practice, obtaining a Distinction.

I joined Oliver & Co as a Paralegal in the Wills and Probate Department in October 2021. I have since been delighted to be awarded a training contract which commenced in April 2023.

I am currently completing a seat of my Training Contract within the Wills and Probate Department. I am responsible for drafting Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney documents, ensuring that they reflect your wishes accurately. Additionally, I aid with administering estates and Court of Protection Deputyship Applications.

I understand that making a Will or dealing with the probate of loved ones can be a daunting and upsetting task, but I pride myself in offering compassionate service to all clients. I will do my best to put you at ease and answer any queries you may have.

Outside of the office, I enjoy running and going on walks with my dog.
