Andrea Wood

I joined Oliver and Co in 2020 as a New Business Adviser. Previously, I worked for over 20 years in both commercial sales and NHS finance. I have a wealth of experience in client services.

My role is to take initial enquiries from clients and to ensure they have the best possible service in terms of dealing with their enquiry. This could result in providing an accurate quote, booking an appointment with one of our legal teams or simply ensuring they are directed to an appropriate solicitor within our firm. If we can’t help, we always try to signpost the client to someone who can.

My strengths are my communication skills, attention to detail, and desire to deliver an excellent service. Outside of work I enjoy walking with my dog, Alfie, reading, watching a good movie, travelling, and taking an active role in my local WI.
