Here at Oliver & Co, we take our Corporate Social Responsibility seriously and this isn’t a new fad for us. For over 10 years we have worked with Macmillan Cancer Support, raising much needed funds to help them provide services to cancer patients across the UK.
Through cake sales, raffles, gigs and donations from our costs on successful cases, we have now donated £40,000 to Macmillan Cancer Support.
Thank you to all our colleagues, friends and family who have supported our events over the years, bought tickets, donated prizes or baked delicious cakes, we could not have done it without you.
We’re not stopping there; Macmillan Cancer Support is a charity very close to our hearts at Oliver & Co Solicitors. Our Industrial Disease Department know only too well how Macmillan helps those with cancer through their work with clients diagnosed with mesothelioma, an incurable cancer caused by exposure to asbestos. We will continue to work with Macmillan and raise as much money as we can to help them with their work – here’s to the next £40,000!
