As of July 2026, 45% of our team had been with us for five years or more, 26% for ten years or more, 19% for over fifteen years, and 9% for more than twenty years. These figures are especially meaningful because a third of our current team has joined us in the last 18 months alone. We’re proud that, as we grow, we continue to offer the continuity, experience and sense of belonging that make Oliver & Co special.

Work Experience

Location: Chester

Application Window: 1st November to 1st February

Our Work Experience Programme at Oliver & Co Solicitors is open to sixth form and University students interested in gaining an in-depth introduction to legal services and working in a law firm environment. As an employee-owned law firm, we welcome fresh ideas and people willing to learn and are more than happy to provide this opportunity to our next-generation of solicitors and legal professionals.
