Here at Oliver & Co client feedback is of the utmost importance to us. Not only is it great to hear what we are doing well, we need to hear what clients might not have liked so that we make changes and improve our service. This is why we invite clients to write reviews at the end of their matter.
Along with Google and Facebook, we use Trustpilot to collect reviews from our clients.
Trustpilot
Trustpilot is a global review platform open to businesses in all areas. We have been using Trustpilot to collect reviews since October 2014 and at the time of publishing have 740 reviews and an Excellent rating with 4.9 out of 5.
Anyone can log into Trustpilot to leave a review which makes it accessible by any client with an email address.
Trustpilot’s Top Ten
One of our favourite features on Trustpilot is their top-rated companies lists. These are solely based on the reviews companies receive.
In the UK we are proud to be rated number 1 in the Family Lawyer category, fourth in the Estate Planning Lawyer category, fifth in the Personal Injury Lawyer and Property Lawyer categories, eighth in the Law Firm category and tenth in the Lawyer category.
What’s My Claim Worth and Asbestos Justice
As well as our Oliver & Co website we have a dedicated personal injury compensation website, What’s My Claim Worth and a specialist asbestos disease compensation website, Asbestos Justice.
These brands are also on Trustpilot and both have Excellent ratings with 4.9 out of 5.
On What’s My Claim Worth we currently have 168 reviews and are rated number 1 for Insurance Lawyer and sixth for Personal Injury Lawyer.
On Asbestos Justice we currently have 92 reviews. In order to be eligible for ratings a company has to have collected at least 25 reviews in the past 12 months. We have a small Industrial Disease team and due to the nature of industrial disease work, it is not possible to gather this number of reviews each year.
