I began my career as a Conveyancer over 20 years ago, dealing with sale and purchase transactions. My initial journey with Oliver and Co began in 2015 – I was here for four years when I left in 2019 for a short while. After taking a break from the company, I found myself drawn back to Oliver and Co in 2022.
Oliver and Co is the place I have always felt most at ‘home’ and I love the family orientated environment. I have made friends here that will be friends for life.
In October 2022 when the announcement came that we were becoming employee owned, this showed me that this is where I am supposed to be. This firm takes pride in putting their employees first, something that hasn’t always been the case in previous firms I have worked for. It is great that we have a voice within the firm and everyone has been really motivated to meet targets and cut down costs! It is very exciting that we are becoming a big part of the Oliver and Co history.
