I wanted to drop you all a line to thank you massively for all the help and support you have given me and my family in getting justice for my late wife, we couldn’t have done it without you.
It has been a very difficult and painful time for me and I felt very strongly about the neglect and mistreatment that she suffered and wanted this to be dealt with so that it hopefully doesn’t happen to other people in the future.
I feel that you have helped us achieve this by getting them to admit fault and I hope they now put some measures in place to prevent similar things happening to innocent people in the future.
You have been very helpful and professional throughout this whole process and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your help and the time you have given me and my family over the past three years, I have found you very easy to talk to and very supportive throughout.
