About me

I qualified as a Solicitor in 2004, training in personal injury, and joined Oliver & Co in 2006. Having spent over 20 years handling personal injury and industrial disease compensation claims, I now focus fully on my role as Director and Head of Operations, helping to lead and manage the business.

I am passionate about the success of our employee-owned firm and take great pride in contributing to its continued growth. My role involves working closely with both our legal and operational teams to ensure the firm runs smoothly and efficiently. From strategy and systems to people and performance, I am involved in all aspects of the business, always aiming to take Oliver & Co from strength to strength.

What I value most about Oliver & Co is the culture and the people. Having been with the firm since 2006, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some incredibly dedicated colleagues and watching the business grow and evolve. I’m proud to be part of a team that is committed to delivering exceptional service while maintaining a supportive and collaborative environment for everyone who works here.

A key part of my role is developing and refining our operational systems to support efficiency and consistency across the firm. I also focus on ensuring the financial performance of the business is carefully managed, while driving continued growth through business development and strengthening our position within the market as a leading employee-owned firm.

Outside of the firm, I enjoy being an active part of the local business community and building strong relationships with other organisations across the region.

In my spare time, I enjoy running and have completed the Chester Half Marathon for the past two years. I also enjoy travelling and unwinding with a good Netflix series at the end of a busy day.
