Eve Halliday

I graduated from the University of Birmingham with a Law degree in 2020, before advancing my studies by completing the Legal Practice Course and Master’s in Law and Professional Legal Practice, where i achieved a Distinction.

I October 2021, i joined Oliver & Co Solicitors, gaining invaluable experience in both the Wills and Probate and Industrial Disease departments. After qualifying as a Solicitor in 2025, I now work within the Industrial Disease department, specialising in asbestos-related disease compensation claims and military noise-induced hearing loss claims. I am deeply committed to securing justice for my clients and ensuring that they receive the compensation they deserve, to help them and their families.

Outside of work, I enjoy running and travelling, with plans to combine both by participating in races around the world.
