An introduction to the Oliver & Co Referral App
Here at Oliver & Co we have invested in digitalising our conveyancing processes and have an App, available to both iPhone and Android users, to keep interested parties up to date with transactions. These parties include clients but also estate agents, mortgage brokers and financial advisors who have referred conveyancing work to us.
This App can be used to track the progress of each individual transaction and allows clients to check the current status of sale, purchase or remortgage matters. All interested parties in can be updated on progress of the case at the click of a button, providing them with transparency and ultimately saves time having to request updates.
What the App offers clients
The App allows us to provide quotes quickly and efficiently, and once we have been instructed the client is supplied with login details and invited to download the App.
This provides a system that clients can access at any time to check the progress of their matter from the moment the file is opened right through to completion.
Benefits for referrers
The App is also for estate agents, mortgage brokers and financial advisors who refer clients to Oliver & Co and allows them to access the App from wherever they are working to send us a lead. The referrer will then receive automatic updates on the progress of cases from start to finish and can communicate with us directly. This provides clients with the reassurance that their agent or advisor remains fully informed throughout the transaction.
As well as the ability to send referrals, the App also allows for effective communication between Oliver & Co and our referrers. This ensures that everyone is kept updated, saves time and ensures that there is no miscommunication.
