Do you need to use a local Commercial Property Solicitor?

The simple answer to this question is no. At Oliver & Co, our Commercial Property Solicitors assist a wide range of clients throughout England and Wales in the following transactions:

  • Business Leases and Renewals
  • Bridging Finance and Funding
  • Acquisition and Disposal of Property
  • Option Agreements

We carry out our work efficiently without ever meeting the majority of our clients face to face. We communicate mainly via telephone and email. During the pandemic, our ability to perform all aspects of our work electronically has been improved by the utilisation of video calls for those clients who prefer a more personal service.

Not tech savvy? At Oliver & Co, we understand that some people either do not have a computer or feel uncomfortable using them as a method of communication. If this is the case, we can still handle your transaction efficiently using the telephone and postal service. Alternatively, our office is now open for face-to-face meetings should you be local to Chester.

When looking to instruct a firm of solicitors, it is important to ensure that you are not compromising on the quality and reputation of a firm just so that you can use a local solicitor. Oliver & Co Solicitors have an excellent reputation which is evidenced by our rating on Trustpilot.

If you are looking to instruct a Commercial Property Solicitor, please do contact us, wherever you are in the country.

(Please note as with all clients, whether local or at the other end of the country, the Solicitors Regulation Authority require us to comply with strict regulations  in obtaining satisfactory evidence of ID etc )
