A previous client wanted to make some changes to her current Will, relating to the terms of a rather complex trust. Team member Sian discussed her Will in detail, and they agreed to draft a new Will incorporating her wishes. Sian spent a lot of time discussing the different options for the trust and explaining clearly how each scenario would work for her.
The client was keen to make sure that her affairs were in order within two weeks as she was due to go for an operation. Sian drafted her new Will in plenty of time which EM explained was a huge weight off her mind. EM left a glowing review:
