MC was the executor of his brother T’s Will. We knew T well, having completed a ‘death bed’ Will for him whilst he was very ill with cancer. After T death, T’s wife completely broke down and was unable to manage any of her late husband’s affairs.
Sarah worked with MC to help him administer his brother’s estate and manage probate. With skills in conveyancing, Sarah was able to manage the sale of a London Investment property and transfer ownership of the marital home to T’s wife’s sole name, helping the client by being the main point of contact for all the transactions.
As T’s wife was so distressed Sarah dealt with things in a way that she could handle, for example, information was provided little and often via meetings, telephone calls and emails. Sarah was always on hand to explain things simply and easily when P’s wife felt up to it, even making a call at 8pm to her one evening. MC left a heartfelt review:
