We acted for clients with a young family in respect of a sale and purchase. The timing of completion was crucial for the children to be able to start at their new school in the September.
The transaction was fraught with difficult issues both legal and practical and at one point looked as though it would not progress due to a leak in the sale property. We were able to negotiate a special condition in the sale contract that satisfied the purchaser and gave them the reassurance required to proceed with the clients able to move out of their flat and into their dream property.
Following completion, the clients children made a thank you card for us with the client saying it was obvious we all cared and did the best for our clients every day and that they were finally able to move into their dream home with a garden for the children.
