Our client opted for a breast enhancement from AA cup size to a B cup size which she felt would be proportionate to her figure. Our client underwent all of the relevant consultations and repeatedly expressed her desire to increase only to a B cup size or C cup size at the most.
When our client awoke from her operation, she was horrified to find that the surgeon had given her DD cup size breasts as he thought they would be more appropriate for her, despite her wishes to not be such a large size. She was also unhappy with the shape and positioning of the implants.
Our client then had to undergo revision surgery with a different surgeon, as she lacked confidence in the surgeon who performed her original operation. She received £15,000 in compensation.
