Katie Yen

I am a Legal Assistant in the Clinical Negligence department at Oliver & Co Solicitors, where I support solicitors in handling claims arising from medical negligence. My role involves assisting with case preparation, liaising with clients and medical experts, and sorting medical records.

I graduated with a Law degree from the University of Chester, where I developed a strong foundation in legal research and analysis. I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals and their families during some of the most challenging periods of their lives following medical negligence. I take pride in providing compassionate and professional assistance to clients, helping them navigate the legal process while seeking answers, accountability, and access to the support they need.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, hiking, reading, and travelling.
