As part of the probate process, particularly when we are acting as Executors, we may need to carry out maintenance, repairs or installations. It is quite common for us to arrange garden and house clearances. We may have to arrange new locks and new doors. It may be necessary to liaise with an insurance company to carry out repairs. Emergency repairs may required during the probate process. Bad weather can also bring additional problems.
