Andrew Grant

I am a litigation solicitor with 32 years experience of working in the law. Prior to joining Oliver and Co, I worked for several legal firms of varying sizes before I established my own niche litigation practice in 2005. I ran that business until I joined Oliver and Co in 2025.

My work covers a broad range of areas such as commercial and civil Litigation, with specific expertise and experience in business disputes, property litigation, contentious probate and professional negligence.

I have experience of bringing and defending claims in a variety of forums such as the County and High Court, the Appellate court and the various specialist tribunals.

It is important to remember that litigation isn’t always the only option when it comes to resolving disputes. In that regard, I have also been involved in numerous mediations, arbitrations and joint settlement meetings.

Irrespective of the problem, the most important aspect of the work is to understand what the client wants to achieve and to strive to deliver that outcome where possible.
