He had bruising to his lower back which lasted for 6 weeks, he developed a fear of travel which lasted 2 months and he had soft tissue damages to his wrist which lasted for 3 months. Our client also suffered cuts to his head which resolved within a week and fortunately did not scar.
The claim was presented to the Defendant’s Insurers however as settlement could not be reached, it was necessary to issue court proceedings. The case was heard by a Judge at our client’s local court and he was awarded over £2,100.
