Background:
A couple urgently needed wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) due to one partner’s terminal illness. Recognizing the critical situation, Clare, Solicitor in our Wills & Probate Department arranged a home visit with very short notice to address their legal needs.

Hospital Visit:
Shortly after the home visit, one partner was admitted to the hospital. At the family’s request, Clare visited the hospital to finalise the signing of the documents. This timely intervention ensured that all legal matters were settled, providing the family with peace of mind during a difficult period.
