Helen Davies

I began my journey with Oliver & Co Solicitors in 2005 as a secretary in the Personal Injury and Industrial Disease teams. Quickly, my passion and dedication led me to become a Paralegal in 2008, where I played a pivotal role in supporting our solicitors by tracing insurers, gathering crucial evidence, and securing the best outcomes for our clients.

As the firm grew, so did my responsibilities. I took on additional roles in IT, admin, and marketing, and my expertise in these areas expanded rapidly. Today, I’m proud to serve as the Head of Marketing, where I lead the charge in crafting strategic marketing initiatives, optimising processes, and steering cross-functional teams to success. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities, whether I’m prepping for a business expo or diving into analytics to understand our client base.

But my work doesn’t stop there. As a member of our Corporate Responsibility Team, I’m deeply involved in organizing charity events, from cake bakes to music gigs, and driving initiatives to make our company more environmentally friendly.

When I’m not at the office, you’ll find me enjoying the simple pleasures of cross-stitching, watching rugby union, or exploring the great outdoors with my dogs, Frank and Colby.
