Duncan McAllister

I am a consultant solicitor primarily providing dispute resolution services for a wide range of areas. I was formerly a qualified nurse in England and the USA and qualified as a solicitor in 1995. I was previously a partner at Mace & Jones in Liverpool and also worked for Hillyer McKeown and DTM in Chester.

Whilst I deal with a broad range of disputes, I have particular expertise in contentious trust, probate, shareholder disputes and property litigation as well as employment issues.

Outside of work my family keeps me occupied. I enjoy sport, (although my playing days are over!) and have a passion for baseball.
