Daisy Turner

I began my career in secondary education, where I worked as a Head of Science and developed extensive experience leading teams and supporting teachers to achieve their best. Throughout my time in education, I was deeply involved in pastoral care and safeguarding, ensuring that staff and students felt supported, heard and valued.

In 2026, I made the move into HR and the private sector, bringing with me a strong people‑focused approach and a passion for creating positive working environments. My background has given me a solid foundation in managing teams, resolving challenges, and providing practical and emotional support during both professional and personal difficulties.

At Oliver & Co, my aim is to support the team to perform at their best by fostering a positive, enjoyable workplace. I draw on my extensive safeguarding and pastoral experience to offer support in whatever form is needed – whether that’s solving problems, offering guidance, or simply being a listening ear.
