Corporate & Commercial Solicitor

Our people

I am a recently qualified Corporate & Commercial Solicitor within the Commercial Department having joined Oliver & Co in December 2021.

My role at Oliver & Co focuses on supporting and protecting owner managed and small to medium sized businesses, whether they are start-ups or well established and looking to grow further. I provide advice on a range of different business-related legal issues from the transactional work involved in buying or selling a business through to getting those contractual terms and conditions in place that you have been meaning to sort for a while.

I offer a friendly and approachable service without unnecessary legal jargon and ‘walk you through’ your matter in the most stress-free way possible.

Prior to my time at Oliver & Co, I obtained a Law and French degree at Aberystwyth University, obtaining awards for the highest mark in International Law and Tort modules. I also studied French law at Université Lumière Lyon 2 in France.

After obtaining my degree, I re-located to London and worked with businesses in the marketing sector, assisting large PLCs to market their products and services digitally. My experience in this field has proven invaluable in affording insight into how businesses operate and the practical consequences on a day-to-day basis of decision making at management level.

Once these business foundations were in place, I went on to study at the University of Law in Chester, obtaining a distinction in the Legal Practice Course and a Masters in Law and Business, with the knowledge that I wanted to specialise in Commercial and Corporate law.

Outside of the office, I enjoy travelling and learning new languages and I also enjoy playing the piano.
