Liz Chapman

I started my career on the renowned management training programme at the John Lewis Partnership in London, before venturing into the realm of office/facilities management roles in Private Equity, Bentley Motors and a respected private business centre.

Settling in beautiful Chester, I joined forces with Oliver & Co in 2006. Undertaking the role of practice manager, I handle the day-to-day operations of the practice, including facilities, finance, training and HR.

My mission is to ensure that every member of our team is equipped with all the essential tools required to excel in their respective roles. Be it advancing IT systems and processes, comprehensive training and development opportunities or addressing personal needs, I am passionate about making Oliver & Co an awesome place to work. Moreover, as a trained Mental Health First Aider, I am readily available to offer support and assistance to anyone requiring help, fostering a compassionate and nurturing atmosphere.

In addition, I am proud to have achieved CIPD Associate Level 5, which shows my dedication to professional development. I am always looking for ways to improve my skills and knowledge so that Oliver & Co can stay ahead in the industry by adopting the latest trends and best practices.
