I chose Oliver & Co because of the service they provided when first making contact with them. I had the option of using a different solicitor via an insurance scheme but I’m so glad I didn’t. I did wonder if their outstanding level of service would drop after I’d committed to them but it didn’t.
Allison Pepper and her assistant, Rebecca Kilfoyle were outstanding at every juncture. No phone calls were missed, no letters delayed or conferences postponed. They really do set the working standard that every company should aspire to. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will certainly be going back to them should I need any sort of legal service in the future.
