Anna Kuckova

I studied Law at Staffordshire University and completed my Legal Practice Course and Master’s degree in law in 2020. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, I worked in HR and insurance industry in Manchester gaining invaluable commercial experience which now helps me to understand my clients’ needs not only from a legal perspective but also from their commercial and business perspective.

I joined Oliver & Co in August 2024 upon learning about its values and commitment to their work and community which align with my own core personal values. Although I was born and raised in Slovakia, I have lived in Cheshire for over a decade proudly supporting our community and helping clients in the local area but also nationally.

Having previously worked as a corporate and commercial solicitor in another Cheshire based law firm, I have gained experience working predominantly with small and medium-sized enterprises across various industries including education, children care, insurance, information technology, automotive industry and many others. I can assist clients at all stages of their business’s cycle from incorporation, mergers and acquisitions, management buy outs, joint ventures or restructures up to the point where their business is ready to be sold. In addition to transactional work, I can also assist with advising on and drafting various commercial documents including loan agreements, shareholders’ agreements, terms of business and many others enabling my clients to reach their legal, financial but also non-financial objectives.
