We are thrilled to announce that we have been shortlisted in not one, but all three of the categories we were entered for at the upcoming British Wills and Probate Awards 2024! The categories are:
- Best Place to Work
- Customer Service Champions
- Community & Charity Champions
The ceremony, which is set to take place on the 10th of October, promises to be a night of celebration for our team and the wider legal community.
Defending our Title
This year, we are especially excited to defend our title for Best Place to Work. Securing this award last year was testament to our commitment to creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for our employees. Being shortlisted once again confirms that our efforts to foster a workplace culture where our team thrives, continue to be recognised. As an employee owned law firm, we believe we offer something different to our staff, there are not many places where employee gets a share of the profits.
Exceptional Client Service
At Oliver & Co, our team is at the heart of everything we do, and it’s this collaborative spirit that drives our success. We believe that when our people are supported and empowered, they provide exceptional service to our clients, which brings us to the second category – Customer Service Champions. Our clients place immense trust in us during some of the most important moments of their lives, and being shortlisted for this category is an acknowledgment of our dedication to providing compassionate, expert, and tailored service.
Giving Back
The third category, Community & Charity Champions, is particularly special to us. We take great pride in giving back to our community and supporting charitable causes. Whether it’s through fundraising efforts, volunteering, or providing pro bono legal services through Wills Clinics in aid of the Hospice of the Good Shepherd, we are committed to making a positive impact beyond the office. This nomination is a reflection of our belief that a successful business is one that contributes to the greater good.
Testament to the Team
Being recognised in these three categories is not just an honour for our firm but also for our clients, who inspire us to strive for excellence in everything we do. The British Wills and Probate Awards represent the pinnacle of achievement in our sector, and to be shortlisted among the best is a testament to the hard work, passion, and dedication of our entire team.
As we prepare for the awards ceremony on the 10th of October, we want to express our gratitude to our clients, our staff, and our community for their support. The excitement is building, and we’re hopeful for a successful evening
Wish us Luck!
No matter the outcome, being recognised in these three categories is a huge achievement, and we remain committed to upholding the values that have brought us this far. Here’s to another fantastic awards night – wish us luck!
