Oliver & Co. Announces Further Expansion

Leading Chester Law Firm, Oliver and Co. welcomes two new Lawyers as part of its ongoing expansion programme.

John Colvin, Senior Solicitor and specialist in Commercial Dispute Resolution joins the growing Commercial Law Department.

John has some 14 years experience of dealing with Commercial Litigation having acted for an array of different businesses in helping them resolve disputes in a cost-effective way. John has dealt successfully with cases of significant complexity and value and believes that the key to keeping his clients out of Court is a careful assessment of the real issues in dispute and, developing a clear strategy with his client from the outset.

In addition to his skills as a Litigator, John is an experienced Mediator and Accredited with ADR Net. Mediation is rapidly growing in popularity as an alternative means of resolving business disputes and its use has been encouraged and endorsed by senior members of the Judiciary.

Asked for his views on his new role within Chester law firm Oliver & Co, John stated:
