Crime

We have a specialist team of lawyers and support staff including many of whom are Duty Solicitors and also in-house Higher Court Advocates who are able to represent your interests from the initial attendance in the police station to representation in the Crown Court.

Police Station

We provide advice from the earliest police investigations through to subsequent proceedings.

To ensure the fair and proper treatment of suspects at Police Stations, anyone detained by the police has the right to legal representation at no cost to you. We offer a 24 hour emergency representation service, please page 07623 960292.

Magistrates Court

All prosecutions begin at the Magistrates Court and we offer representation throughout the country. Public Funding will generally be available to cover the cost of representation (subject to certain criteria). We complete all necessary funding application forms and provide unparalleled advocacy services at courts all over the country. We deal with bail applications, guilty pleas and trials.

Crown Court

The most serious charges are ultimately heard at the Crown Court - be it for trial or sentence. In some less serious cases the client also has a right to insist upon a trial before a judge and jury at the Crown Court. Our representatives appear in the Crown Courts on a daily basis, often assisted by Barristers. We deal with all the preparation work and make sure that all pertinent facts are put before the Court.
