Tim PoldingTim PoldingHead of the Firm’s new Commercial Department, Tim is originally from Chester. He studied Law at Liverpool University qualifying as a solicitor in 1990. He joined Oliver & Co. in September 2009 having practised in Liverpool and on Wirral for nearly 20 years with Lees Lloyd Whitley, developing and then becoming the head of that Firm’s Commercial Department in 2003. Tim specialises in Corporate & Commercial matters principally for the SME sector, from business start ups, through contractual frameworks, acquisitions and restructuring, to exit strategies.
Tim is married with 2 children and lives in Chester. He is a keen sportsman but these days spends most of his spare time encouraging and supporting his children’s efforts on that front rather than pursuing his own. When not being used as a taxi driver, football coach or cheerleader, Tim relaxes by following Manchester United and pursuing his interest in the Arts.
