Sally and has been undertaking Private Client work since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2003. Sally has experience in dealing with various issues including:

• Advising on ways to mitigate your Inheritance Tax Liability
• Dealing with the Administration of Estates and Trust
• Undertaking Court of Protection Applications and providing assistance and guidance to Court appointed Deputies
• Advising on Lasting Power of Attorney’s and implementing the same
• Equity Release and Lifetime mortgages
• Advising on various matters, affecting Elderly Client’s and their care.

In addition to the above services Sally also has a wealth of experience in drafting basic and complicated Wills and in dealing with the administration of estates and finalising tax matters. Sally prides herself on being able to provide an all round service which can include the sale or transfer of properties in estates

When Sally is not working she enjoys spending time her family, swimming and going on long walks.
