Rhonwen Barraclough Rhonwen Barraclough Rhonwen qualified in 1999 and spent her post qualification experience in large national practices where she specialised in personal injury and industrial disease litigation. She joined Oliver and Co in May 2009 and joined the Industrial Disease Department.
Rhonwen has experience in dealing with the whole range of industrial diseases such deafness, VWF, asthma and dermatitis. Rhonwen has also dealt with asbestos related disease claims. She has worked for defendant firms in the past and this has given her an invaluable insight into the conduct of such claims.
The prospect of pursing a claim for industrial injuries can be daunting. Rhonwen prides herself on being friendly and approachable. She is happy to spend time talking through any issues or concerns in order to make the process as straightforward as possible.
Rhonwen is married and has one child. She enjoys camping and is an avid reader and attends the Hay on Wye book festival every year. Rhonwen is also committed to raising money for Hope House Children’s Hospice and is involved in this year’s corporate challenge on behalf of Oliver and Co.
