James CameronJames graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2002. James now has close to 4 years experience in dealing with a variety of personal injury claims and qualified as a solicitor in March of 2006, gaining employment with the firm in September of the same year within the Industrial Disease Team. James specialises in high value asbestos disease litigation and prides himself on achieving fast, high settlements for his clients.
He obtained an award of compensation in a complex novel claim on behalf of a client against the Royal Navy. The client had to prove that his post May of 1987 exposure to asbestos was significant enough to have contributed to him contracting mesothelioma. Those unfortunate enough to have been exposed to asbestos when carrying out military service are unable to claim compensation and therefore this case was extremely challenging. The client’s family were impressed with the level of work carried out by James.
James is a horse racing enthusiast, who also plays guitar and sings in a band.
